Do you know an Absolutely Incredible Kid?!? If so, let us know about it, and that child could win a $100 gift certificate to Toys R Us!

Please take a moment to think of children in your life who are absolutely incredible! On March 20th 2008 the clinic celebrated the 12th annual Absolutely Incredible Kids Day. The celebration was started by Camp Fire USA with the goal of getting people in the community involved in letting kids see how remarkable they are in the eyes of adults in their lives.

The main aspect of the celebration is to get adults writing letters to their children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, siblings, friends, or even kids they don’t know, to tell them how important and absolutely incredible they are!

Research shows that simple words of encouragement and compassion can make a big difference in a child’s life. By writing a letter you give a child something to hold on to and look back at, even for years to come!

Evergreen Speech & Hearing Clinic celebrated by letting kids know just how Absolutely Incredible we think they are! The week of March 3-14 the offices offered patients the opportunity to write letters to kids in their life. The letters were collected and mailed out so that the Incredible kids got their letters on the 20th! We look forward to celebrating again in 2009!

Kids are our future, and we need to constantly encourage and let them know how much we care!
